Data supporting the PhD thesis: Integrated photonic sensors and materials for next generation ultrasound imaging

Data underlying the PhD thesis of R.Tufan Erdogan: Integrated photonic sensors and materials for next-generation ultrasound imaging. It is collected between 09-2021 and 09-2025 and presented in the thesis's chapters. The objective of the research is to develop the next generation of integrated optical ultrasound sensors by improving the waveguiding sensor materials. Experimental results and theoretical calculation results are presented in the dataset, as well as the data presented in the chapters.
