Total RNA was extracted from 3-week-old WT and dja6 dja5 seedlings grown on MS medium. RNA sequencing libraries were constructed and subjected to sequencing using an Illumina Hiseq 2500 platform. After a quality control, the gene expression profiling analysis was performed based on the number of tags matching the exon regions.
