Targeted LC-MS/MS Metabolomics Data: ICA/IVA/VA Distribution in Mouse Heart Blood, Portal Vein Blood, and Stool

Metabolites were administered via single oral gavage as a cocktail containing 400 mg/kg of valeric acid, isovaleric acid and 150 mg/kg of ICA in a final volume of 200 µL. Stool, heart blood, and portal vein blood were collected 30 min post-gavage. Metabolite concentrations were determined by mass spectrometry.
