This model addresses the problem of modeling the relationship between dry-bulb temperature and the three meteorological factors including precipitation, wind speed and relative humidity. Collected observational data are utilized with traditional algorithms such as multiple linear regression to predict weather dry-bulb temperature. The model accepts precipitation, wind speed and relative humidity as inputs to generate predicted dry-bulb temperature values.
