The attached text file is intended to run in Python. Edge parameters are simulated from a 3-taxon non-clock-like tree and tested to see whether they are consistent with a 3-taxon convergence-divergence model. Similarly, epoch parameters are simulated from a 3-taxon convergence-divergence model and tested to see whether they are consistent with a 3-taxon non-clock-like tree.
