Role of miR160 in potato HR to PVY

We applied a spatially resolved sRNAomics approach to uncover changes at the sRNA level and the dynamics of sRNA–gene regulatory networks in potato HR response to potato virus Y (PVY). Response at sRNA level was studied at 5 days post inoculation in the lesions and immediately adjacent cells (section A) and from the surrounding regions (section B) and mock-inoculated (M) sections. 1,2,3-biological replicates; MIR160OE-miR160 overexpression plants.
