ER+ patients are treated with hormone inhibitors combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, while ER- patients especially triple negative breast cancer, there are few treatment options other than radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, there are no reports on the analysis of microbiome and its association with cancer development. Overall design: Sections of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) were prepared from breast tumors of 33 patients. FFPE samples of patients with ER+, which is determined by immunohistochemistry method, were subjected to microarray analysis to identify gene expression profiles.
