Bacterial 16S rRNA (V3-V4) amplicon of niches/compartments in rice microcosms effected by 2,4-D application

This study aimed for a better understanding of the microbial ecology of tfd-carrying bacteria in the rice paddy ecosystem, questioning their niche specification.
