资源简介:
Pesticidal volatile organic compounds (VOCs) appear capable of inducing nervous toxicity and cause olfactory dysfunction in pesticide applicators/workers and insects. In this study, the silkworm, Bombyx mori, was chosen as a model organism and was acutely exposed to a low-lethal concentration of organophosphate dichlorvos (DDVP) vapor in the sealed boxes. Transcriptional response of the antennae and heads were investigated.
