From acquisition to conservation: divergent microbial phosphorus-use strategies across meadow, restored peatland, and natural peatland soils in the Zoige wetland

This dataset contains soil phosphorus fractions, soil physicochemical properties, and microbial phosphorus-cycling functional gene abundance from three alpine wetland types (Meadow, Restored peatland, and Natural peatland) in the Zoige Plateau, China. Each wetland type includes seven replicate samples. The dataset supports analyses of how wetland restoration influences soil P pools, environmental conditions, and microbial P-use strategies.
