This dataset contains raw experimental data investigating the mechanism by which ShengqingJiangzhuo Decoction reverses immunotherapy resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It includes:
1. Animal experiment data: Tumor volume measurements, histopathological images (H&E staining), and organ coefficients from mouse models.
2. Flow cytometry data: Raw files (.fcs) for proportions of CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and CD8⁺ T-cell subsets in peripheral blood and spleen.
3. ELISA data: Raw OD values and calculation sheets for serum IFN-γ concentration.
4. Western blot raw images: Full uncropped Western blot images (.tiff) for IFN-γ, JAK1, JAK2, STAT1, IRF1, PD-L1, and GAPDH.
5. Immunohistochemistry images: Original IHC staining images for protein expression in tumor tissues.
6. LC-MS metabolomics data: Raw mass spectrometry data and compound identification tables for chemical composition analysis of ShengqingJiangzhuo Decoction.
