esyN network analysis of interactions derived from high-confidence hits of dropout CRISPR-Cas9 dropout screens with olaparib using HeLa, RPE1-hTERT, and SUM149PT cell lines. Gene depletion scores were calculated using DrugZ and an initial list of 155 high-confidence hits were selected based on having an FDR ≤ 0.01 in at least one cell line and FDR ≤ 0.1 in two or more cell lines. From this list, 73 genes were common in at least two cell lines and defined as core PARP inhibitor resistance genes. 31 out of 73 are mapped on the network and node size was weighted to reflect the mean DrugZ score across cell lines.
