Wheat Rust Urediniospore Microscopic Image Dataset

This dataset contains annotated wheat images developed for research on automated wheat rust detection using computer vision and deep learning-based object detection methods. The source collection consisted of 10,000 wheat rust images representing two categories: Yellow Rust and Brown Rust. The images were annotated using the CVAT annotation tool and prepared in YOLO compatible format. The dataset is intended for research in wheat disease detection, agricultural computer vision, precision agriculture, object detection, deep learning and artificial intelligence for agriculture. A separate augmented model development dataset was generated from the prepared data and contains 21,506 images.
