Finalized Northeast LSOG manuscript (V5) and SI and the updated Regional Technical Report; corrected state-clipped by-state inventory tables; supporting figures, methods, and code bundled. Per-state areas corrected for bounding-box overlap. v2.3.1 (2026-06-27): TreeMap any-LSOG now reported as a range across the 2016/2020/2022 imputation vintages and class-assignment conventions (manuscript text and Fig. 3 caption). v2.4.0 (2026-06-28): red-team corrections. Report tables renumbered, calibration wording softened, accessibility effect sizes and Figure 11 corrected (state-clipped), composition table re-clipped, "2 percent per year" loss attributed to Hagan et al.
