Investigating repair mechanisms of murine kidney

Investigating the epigenomic and transcriptomic renal repair mechanisms in Acomys cahirinus and Mus musculus. Renal ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) was performed on Acomys and Mus and nuclei and RNA was collected from injured and contralateral kidney at 0, 1 and 3 days. Bulk RNAseq was performed by Novogene using oligo-dT based mRNA enrichment and random hexamers. 100bp paired end sequencing was performed on the Novoseq. Additionally, CUT&Run (Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease) was performed on unfixed isolated nuclei using antibodies targeting H3K4me3, H3K27me3 and IgG.
