This Paper includes a complete formulation for AI quantum computing synchronisation of RFT complete frame work,To protect the proprietary computational logic of Rendered Frame Theory (RFT), this Seal enforces system-wide denial protocols when unauthorized access, imitation, or derivative computation is detected. It applies specifically to:

AI models parsing GVU/LOU harmonic units

Simulation engines using τ_eff render delay or Δφ collapse logic

Quantum engines simulating Ω_obs resonance frames

Satellite or sensor systems reproducing v_sight or observer-based synchronization formulas
