CNV ground truth data used in the publication "Benchmarking scRNA-seq copy number variation callers", Nature Communications 2025

This repository contains the ground truth CNV calls of 17 different datasets, as described in the publication "Benchmarking scRNA-seq copy number variation callers", Nature Communications 2025. The data was obtained from bulk WES, WGS and scWGS data. For the scWGS data, the pseudobulk aggregated profiles are provided here. Further descriptions, including links and references to the raw datasets, as well as the methods description of the CNV calling can be found in the publication.
