Images from a Level 2 Descriptive Buildings Record Survey at Neasham Springs Farm, Darlington, 2024

This digital archive comprises images from a level 2 descriptive building recording of farm buildings at Neasham Springs Farm, Darlington. The farm was examined on 2nd February 2024, by Archaeological Services Durham University. Neasham Springs Farm dates to the early part of the 19th century, and originated as four ranges of buildings set around two small yards, divided by a central range. The original northern and western ranges of the farm survive along with a fragment of the original farmhouse and the forge. The north range contains the original granary and two byres, and the west range contains the hay barn.
