RNA-seq data from young leaves, mature leaves, old leaves and roots from Rauvolfia tetraphylla.. Transcriptomics of Rauvolfia tetraphylla

Rauvoflia tetraphylla were grown in greenhouse. Leaves were collected at different developmental stages (first fully expanded, mature and old). Roots were also collected. Samples were flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen, the RNA extracted with a commercial kit and sent for sequencing using the Illumina technology.
