It contains anonymized patient-level demographic, clinical, genetic, and pharmacokinetic data, including age, sex, BMI, total burn surface area (TBSA), smoking, substance abuse, genotype (rs4244285), genotype (rs12248560), predicted phenotype, and plasma concentrations of lansoprazole (LAN), 5-hydroxylansoprazole (OHL), and lansoprazole sulfone (LS).
