Staff resources of the political groups of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council (mandate 2021-2028)

Article L. 4132-23 of the General Code of Local Authorities allows the President of the Regional Council to open to the budget of the region, on a chapter specially created for this purpose, the appropriations necessary for the allocation of staff, without exceeding 30% of the total amount of allowances paid each year to the members of the Regional Council. The budget for the staff of the political groups of the Regional Council shall be voted on in the initial budget and shall be included in the administrative account for the year concerned. The following files show the amounts of the annual budgets made available to the political groups within the Regional Council and the annual consumption of the voted envelopes. A deliberation voted annually fixes the overall amount of the annual budget for the staff resources of the political groups and the distribution of the envelopes per group according to the number of elected members.
