资源简介:
In software ecosystems (SECO), requirements management requires the interaction and collaboration of multiple actors (i.e., keystone, end-users, external developers), which is considered a highly human-dependent process. Thus, it is essential to consider social and human factors (SHF) when performing requirements management activities in SECO. This research aims to identify which SHF influence requirements management activities at SECO through a rapid review (RR) and a field study through semi-structured interviews with software industry professionals who work in requirements management activities at SECO. Our findings elucidate the SHF that influences requirements management in SECO and the contextual characteristics of requirements management in SECO that impact these factors. Therefore, the documents below constitute the supplementary material of the article, providing additional information that complements the main research. This material includes data, methodological details, interview transcripts, expanded results, and other relevant content that support the understanding and replication of the study.
