Processed X-ray Paralysis Data

Trials_202717.mat is matlab data structure containing an entry for each experimental trial. Each trial has a numeric strain code and dose code indicating the strain of worm and dose rate of X-ray stimulation, respectively. A strain code of 1 indicates wild type worms and a strain code of 2 indicates pmyo-3::lite-1 worms. A dose code of 1 indicates a 0 Gy/s dose rate while a dose code of 2 indicates a 0.74 Gy/s dose rate. Body bends over 5 s intervals are listed under variables bendsN_N2s, where N is the time point at which the 5 s interval begins and N2 is the time point at which the 5 s interval ends.
