Plasmids for MRG15 isoform expression and CDK1 promoter regulation

This dataset includes a collection of plasmids constructed for functional studies of MRG15 splice variants and transcriptional regulation of CDK1. It comprises:1) Mammalian expression vectors for MRG15S and MRG15L isoforms, each fused with an N-terminal 3×FLAG tag and a C-terminal HA tag;2) Prokaryotic GST-fusion plasmids encoding full-length or N-terminal fragments of MRG15S and MRG15L, used for protein purification and pull-down assays in E. coli;3) A firefly luciferase reporter plasmid containing the full ~3.3 kb promoter region of CDK1 for promoter activity analysis in HEK293T cells.All plasmids were sequence-verified and are provided in GenBank (.gb), FASTA (.fasta), and SnapGene (.dna) formats.
