mRNA-seq of human adipose stem cells and synovial stem cells obtained from osteoarthritis patients at total knee arthroplasty. The goals of this study are to identify the genes responsible for their stemness and chondrogenic potential, besides correlations in donors or tissues. Cells were isolated by collagenase digestion, and cultured with 10%FBS-DMEM + 1 ng/mL bFGF. Total RNA was extracted from P3 cells.
