Mutation Signatures of UV-treated DNA polymerase eta-deficient yeast

This study contains the whole genome sequencing of DNA polymerase eta-deficient yeast treated with multiple exposures of UV light. The goal of the study is to better delineate role of pol eta in influencing the spectrum of mutations UV light causes and establish polymerases responsible for the bypass of rare UV-induced lesions.
