用于分析我码头作业繁忙程度变化趋势，为我码头作业安排提供一定指导依据，同时也可反映相关市场需求变化情况，对供应链上下游有着一定指导意义。本算法首先通过进口箱量+出口箱量+倒箱量小箱+倒箱量大箱*2+舱盖板*4+销子箱*2的计算公式进行求和得到单艘次的总作业量（TEU）。下一步以离泊时间为线索按月进行分组求和，可获得每个月的作业量总和。最后通过分析该数据可获得作业量变化的相关统计指标（如月作业量同比、环比数值）。

This dataset is used to analyze the changing trend of the operation busyness level of our terminal, provide certain guidance for the terminal's operation arrangement, reflect the changes in relevant market demand, and have certain guiding significance for the upstream and downstream of the supply chain. First, the total operation volume (TEU) per vessel call is calculated by summing up with the formula: import container volume + export container volume + quantity of small rehandling containers + 2 × quantity of large rehandling containers + 4 × tank top panels + 2 × lashing socket boxes. Next, group and sum the data by month using the berth departure time as the clue, so as to obtain the total monthly operation volume. Finally, relevant statistical indicators reflecting the change in operation volume can be obtained by analyzing this data, such as the year-on-year and month-on-month values of the monthly operation volume.
