Organizational Readiness for Sustainable Supply Chains in ASEAN: Evidence from Public Disclosures

Dataset 1 – Organizational Readiness for Sustainable Supply Chains in ASEAN (Data Set.docx) This is a secondary-data compilation supporting a multi-country study of sustainable supply chain readiness across six ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines). It combines four types of evidence: (A) profiles of 60 listed manufacturing companies (10 per country) with sector, size, reporting year, report link, and a paraphrased summary of supply-chain-related sustainability practices; (B) 36 national policy documents covering sustainability reporting mandates, green industry standards, and green financing incentives; (C) 33 recent news articles tracking regulatory and corporate developments; and (D) a cross-country comparative analysis, including a readiness heatmap and stakeholder-specific policy recommendations. Together these form the documentary evidence base for the manuscript's qualitative analysis. Dataset 2 – Cohen's Kappa Inter-Coder Reliability Dataset (Cohens Kappa Dataset.xlsx) This is the methodological reliability record supporting the same study's coding scheme. It documents an independent double-coding exercise on 12 of the 60 reports (a 20% subsample), coded by two researchers across 5 sub-codes spanning 4 readiness dimensions, yielding 60 binary coding decisions. The workbook includes a codebook, the raw coding matrix, a reshaped long-format version, a formula-driven 2×2 contingency table, and a step-by-step Cohen's Kappa calculation (overall and per dimension), giving reviewers a fully auditable trail for the reported agreement statistic. One outstanding note: the raw matrix in this file computes to κ ≈ 0.83, not the κ = 0.82 originally reported — worth reconciling before submission.
