Enabling Low-Emmision LNG Systems - Fundamentals for Multilevel Modelling, 2014

The KNP-project "Enabling Low-Emmision LNG Systems - Fundamentals for Multilevel Modelling" aimed to produce new knowlege on the liquidation of natural gas (LNG) and other lowtemperature processes. The activities were connected to three primary areas: (1) fundamental understanding of two phase flow phenomenon in LNG heat exchangers, (2) analysing LNG heat exchange and (3) evaluating and optimizing LNG processes. The objective was to develop knowledge and tools enabling the evaluation, operation and design of innovative, environmentally safe, cost-effective and energyefficient LNG systems. Such systems have a large and increasing economic and environmental significance.
