Raw data from screening a variety of fungal plant pathogens from the International Collection of Microbes from Plants (ICMP) for antibacterial data. Fungi screened were <em>Alternaria radicina</em> (ICMP 5619), <em>Cercospora beticola</em> (ICMP 15907), <em>Dactylonectria macrodidyma</em> (ICMP 16789), <em>D. torresensis</em> (ICMP 20542), <em>Ilyonectria europae</em>a (ICMP 16794) <em>and I. liriodendra</em> (ICMP 16795). Fungi were initially screened for activity against bioluminescent derivatives of <em>Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli</em>, <em>Mycobacterium abscessus</em> and <em>M. marinum </em>using an adaptation of the method described in 1. Pure compounds obtained from fungal extracts were tested for activity against <em>M. abscessus</em> and <em>M. marinum</em> as described in 2 &amp; 3. <br> References: 1. Wiles &amp; Grey (2021).
