Changes in enhancer activity after chromatin remodeler depletion Overall design: Mixed Housekeeping and Developmental STARRseq libraries were transfected into AID tagged cell lines. Cells were split and one half treated with Auxin and other half with Mock (H2O). Cells harvested and prepared for reporter mRNA sequencing after 24hrs.
