MPIS Study Data
收藏资源简介:
This dataset includes the partial results of the Menstrual Pain Intervention Among Students (MPIS) study. The study comprised a series of 36 individual cycle-adaptive N-of-1 trials of a fixed phase sequence AB(A) of 60 days conducted over the StudyU application. The following outcomes were self-reported daily: menstrual pain severity on a numerical 0-10 scale, number of painkiller tablets used, associated symptoms from the list below, negative impact on mood on a 0-4 scale, free-text responses about their symptoms and well-being, and adherence to the intervention additionally during phase B.Prior to the trials, an initial baseline survey was filled out by the participants.Missing trial data was imputed through an adapted Baseline Observation Carried Forward (BOCF) approach by deciding on the phase and menstruation status as well as the outcome values based on the individual information provided in the baseline survey. The datetime values have been changed from the original ones. Parsed baseline survey data: final_upsurvey_data_labeled_mpisapp.csv Codebook for the variables of the baseline survey: variable_lookup.csv Individual N-of-1 trial data including imputations (English/German): cleaned_studyu_data.csv / cleaned_studyu_data_de.csv Whether an entry was imputed is indicated by the column "imputed". The exact questions and response options can be seen in the study on StudyU.
