RNA sequencing of mutiple tissues from Chinese Giant Salamander. Andrias davidianus

The Chinese giant salamander is a valuable model species for research in the field of longevity and starvation resistance ability, and its skin secretion is valuable material in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, a reference gene set by RNA-seq of mutiple samples needs to be construted, and then we comprehensively analyzed the mechanism of longevity and starvation resistance ability of Chinese giant salamander.
