Karate Training Longitudinal Study of Four Novice Karate Participants and One Karate Expert over Four Months

This data contains a longitudinal dataset containing 1 karate expert and 4 karate novices performing straight punches and kicks over the span of 4 months, roughly 2 times a week, while in Vicon motion capture. The marker loadout used is the modified Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli Gait model, modified to remove knee marker redundancy, as well as to add asymmetrical markers for improved Vicon fit.
