Dataset Contents:
This collection includes all primary and output files from the genetic and statistical analyses described in the paper:
Annotated VCF file: Contains all filtered and annotated genetic variants used as the main input for analyses.Kinship Matrix and Population Structure Matrix: These files show the genetic relationships and population structure among the samples, which were used in the GWAS models.Phenotypic and Statistical Analysis Results: Includes descriptive statistics and ANOVA results for various traits, broken down by clades and sex.Phylogenetic Analysis Results: Outputs from various phylogenetic models that revealed the three distinct clades within the Iranian landrace samples.GWAS Input and Output files: All necessary files to reproduce the GWAS results, including input phenotypic and genotypic files, as well as output files with P-values, allelic effects, and other information for all traits.
