Ovarian cancer (OC) remains a predominant cause of cancer-related mortality among women globally, with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) accounting for approximately 90% of cases. LY2228820 dimesylate (Ralimetinib), a potent inhibitor of p38α/β , has demonstrated promising results in preclinical studies; however, its clinical development has been constrained by dose-limiting toxicities. Therefore, identifying effective combination therapies is a crucial strategy to advance its therapeutic potential. In this study, the combination of LY2228820 and THZ1 (a CDK7 inhibitor) was shown to synergistically inhibit the progression of EOC both in vitro and in vivo. The raw image files of western blots in this study as well as the captions are present in this dataset.
