In this study, we developed a method for preparing ultrafine spherical ammonium dihydrogen phosphate particles, which is called ultrasound-driven interface-regulated liquid film anti-solvent crystallization. In this process, the liquid film supported by glass beads is used to achieve uniform supersaturation, and ultrasonic modulation is used to enhance mass transfer and guide particle aggregation. In order to systematically explore the influence of various conditions on particle synthesis, we changed the size of glass beads (1-2mm,3-4mm and 5-6mm), centrifugal drying time (30s,60s and 120s) and ultrasonic power (0W, 80W and 150W) to optimize the system. The size distribution of the particles obtained under these conditions is listed in the following table.
