The BioDeep database is a comprehensive repository focusing on metabolite information within organisms. It constructs a knowledge network for interpreting biological data by aggregating metabolite information from multiple public databases and through extensive natural language text mining of large-scale literature. Through the BioDeep database query website, users can conduct inquiries related to metabolite knowledge.
The database offers annotation information for over 2 million compounds, with approximately 320,000 compounds featuring publicly accessible XIC chromatograms and secondary mass spectrometry reference spectra.
