2015-2018年台风中心定位数据集

This dataset contains 3964 typhoon images derived from 97 typhoon events between 2015 and 2018, acquired by the Himawari-8 satellite. The Himawari-8 satellite was launched by the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) in October 2014, and is equipped with the Advanced Himawari Imager (AHI) which captures satellite images across 16 spectral bands: three visible bands, three near-infrared bands, and ten thermal infrared bands. The Himawari-8 satellite has a temporal resolution of 10 minutes, with a spatial resolution ranging from 0.5 to 5 km: 0.5 km for visible bands, and 2 or 5 km for near-infrared and thermal infrared bands, and covers the entire Pacific Ocean region. This dataset includes three specific spectral bands: Band 8 (6.2 μm), Band 13 (10.4 μm), and Band 15 (12.3 μm).
