Assessment of chromatin transcription activity of liver biopsies from individuales who were stratified to either NASH prone (NP) or NASH resistance (NR) Overall design: Length extension chromatin run-on sequencing (leChRO-seq) was performed to determine genomewide chromatin activity of 18 human livers (n = 6 NR, n = 8 NP, n = 4 did not satified NP or NR criteria based on clinical profiles).
