Mucor circinelloides strain:CBS172.27 or 1006PhL or CBS277.49 | isolate:PS15+ or PS14 or PS10 Raw sequence reads from H3K9me2 and RNAP ChIP experiments

ChIP-seq data for three Mucor spp. from the Mucor circinelloides species complex: PS15, PS14, and PS10. ChIP was performed against H3K9me2 and RNA polymerase II (RNAP). PS10 and PS14 include samples from a wild type (WT) and an epimutant strain (E1 and E3, respectively), while PS15 include a WT from each mating type (- and +), two epimutant strains (E1m, E10p) and their progeny (#10 and #34, respectively) ChIP-seq was performed on epimutants and naive wildtype strains to determine the role of H3K9me2-based heterochromatin in epimutation, and the transcriptional activity using RNA polymerase II occupancy as a proxy.
