Raw sequence reads rcd7 mutant. Arabidopsis thaliana cultivar:Col-0

The whole genome resequencing of the arabidopsis radical-induced cell death7 (rcd7) mutant for the purpose of identification of the causative mutation. The rcd7 was isolated originally for sensitivity to ozone in the ozone tolerant Col-0 background and for altered stomatal function. The mutation was identified based on identifying SNPs in the candidate region from rough mapping of the rcd7 trait. RCD7 was identified as the plasma-membrane localized LRR receptor-like protein pseudo-kinase GUARD CELL HYDROGEN PEROXIDE-RESISTANT1 (GHR1; AT4G20940).
