Nanopore Sequencing of Double-Stranded RNA (dsRNA) for Plant Virus and Viroid Detection-Raw sequence reads

The purpose of this bioproject was to examine the ability of nanopore direct cDNA and direct RNA sequencing to simultaneously detect grapevine viruses compared to that of Illumina MiSeq sequencing. This bioproject contains 27 Nanopore sequencing (24 direct cDNA and 3 direct RNA) raw datasets plus 23 illumina MiSeq raw datasets that are related to the project "Nanopore Sequencing of Double-Stranded RNA (dsRNA) for Plant Virus and Viroid Detection."
