Project title: PMACS-18 Grant Information: AHA Grant 9TPA34910007, Regulatory role of pericardial macrophages in myocardial infarction Project Description: · Animal Model: Myocardial Infarction · Animal Age: 8-12 Weeks · Animal Sex: Male · Animal Strain: C57B6/J · Number: 6 mice · Groups: 3 chlodronate liposome injection, 3 empty liposome injections, all infarctions · Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation alongside intrapericardial injection of chlodronate loaded liposomes.
