Data Repository: From Image Series to Resilient Varieties: Transformer-Based Canopy Cover Extraction and Weather-Informed Nonlinear Modeling

This repository provides the image data resources used for transformer-based segmentation of soybean field plots as described in the associated publication. It includes annotated training datasets consisting of soybean and weed cut-outs, as well as synthetic mosaic images generated from these cut-outs for model training. In addition, the repository contains the transformer-segmented field plot images and the corresponding green-filtered plot images (see https://doi.org/10.3929/ethz-c-000797213) used for canopy extraction and growth analysis.
