Dose-response study of ADSCs in the treatment of sepsis in mice

To identify the optimal intravenous dose of ADSCs in sepsis treatment, we conducted a dose-response study in a murine model of sepsis induced by CLP surgery. Three different doses of ADSCs were selected, including low (1x107 cells/kg, ADSCs1), medium (2x107 cells/kg, ADSCs2) and high (4x107 cells/kg, ADSCs4) dose. Bulk RNA-sequencing were performed to analyze the transcriptional changes in PBMCs and liver in septic mice after different doses of ADSCs treatment.
