收藏资源简介:
76 annotated images of insects on white sticky cards. Images were acquired with a flatbed scanner. The study was conducted on the Aarhus University campus in Denmark, which covers an area of approximately 50 hectares, at each of the five wildflower beds on the Aarhus University campus. The sticky traps were set up from July to September 2023 and systematically placed throughout the study area to ensure representative sampling of insect diversity. In each of the study areas, the sticky traps were placed at equidistant intervals of two metres along 10-metre-long transects of the wildflower meadows. To cover most of the insect visitation, we placed one plate of each colour (n=8) at the edge of the wildflower beds and one plate of each colour (n=8) at the centre of each wildflower bed. Each insect is annotated as a polygon.Annotations are contained, as polygons in COCO format, in `instances_default.json`.Images were annotated by hand or semi-automatically (e.g., using Segment Anything).
