de novo assembly and annotation of Leptosphaeria maculans JN3 genome using Oxford Nanopore MinION sequencing

Leptosphaeria maculans is an ascomycete phytopathogen of Brassica napus (oilseed rape, canola). The newly produced high-quality assembly and gene prediction of this Leptosphaeria maculans genome will allow further studies, notably focused on the interaction between Leptosphaeria maculans and canola.
