Atraphaxis bracteata is one of the excellent plant resources in sand and xerophyte of desert areas in China, which has excellent characteristics of drought resistance, cold resistance, wind erosion resistance and sand burial resistance. Therefore, sequencing of the complete A. bracteata chloroplast genome were studied which may help to exhaustive understand its photosynthesis and provide a basis for further study of its stress resistance.
