Spatiotemporal transcriptomes of mouse embryo

We performed spatial transcriptome sequencing of mouse embryos to provide spatial cell atlas of mouse organogenesis. C57BL/6 mouse embryos at the stages of E9.5, E10.5, E11.5 and E12.5 on 10X Visium platform本研究对小鼠胚胎实施空间转录组测序（spatial transcriptome sequencing），旨在构建小鼠器官发生过程的空间细胞图谱。实验采用10X Visium平台，样本为处于E9.5、E10.5、E11.5及E12.5发育阶段的C57BL/6小鼠胚胎。
